We understand the importance of getting your website design just right. That's why we offer a revision process to ensure your satisfaction:

• Three rounds of revisions: Based on your feedback, we'll incorporate refinements and revisions to your website design in three distinct rounds. This collaborative approach allows us to perfect the design while keeping the project on track.
• Clear Communication is Key: We encourage clear and specific feedback throughout the design process.
• Managing Scope: Any additional design requests that fall outside the originally agreed-upon scope or exceed the three revision rounds will be billed at our hourly rate. This ensures fairness and transparency for both parties.

We believe in a collaborative and transparent design process! Here's how we'll work together to bring your website vision to life:

• Discovery: We'll start by getting to know your business, goals, and target audience through a collaborative meeting.
• Proposal: Based on our discussions, we'll create a written proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and a clear quote.
• Content Collection: To ensure a smooth design process, we'll provide you with a comprehensive content checklist. This will guide you in gathering all the necessary content for your website, including text, images, and videos.  We're happy to offer guidance and answer any questions you might have along the way!
• Creative Spark:  With a clear understanding of your vision, we'll begin crafting the design for your website's individual pages.
• Sketching the Blueprint:  We'll create a visual roadmap (sketches) to help you conceptualize and visualize the overall design direction.
• Website Creation:  Once we receive all the content, we'll kick off the website creation phase! This is where our design magic comes to life as we transform your content into a visually stunning and user-friendly website.
• Your Feedback Matters: We'll present you with 3 preliminary design drafts for your review and feedback.
• Launch & Celebration: Once you're thrilled with the final design, we'll launch your website to the world!

To secure your project slot and ensure a smooth workflow, we follow a  transparent payment schedule:

• 40% retainer due at the start of the project: This initial payment secures your project spot and allows us to begin the initial planning and discovery phase.
• 30% milestone payment upon completion of [milestone name]: This milestone could be the design phase completion or another key project stage we'll discuss beforehand.
• Remaining 30% balance due upon project completion and your final approval: Once you're happy with the final website and everything is functioning as agreed, you'll receive the final invoice.

We understand that circumstances can change, so here's what happens if you need to cancel your project:

• Retainer Fee: The retainer fee (typically 40% as mentioned earlier) is non-refundable as it covers initial planning and securing your project slot.
• Project Fees: Any work completed beyond the initial planning stage will be converted to our hourly rate and billed accordingly based on the time tracked in Toggl Track. This ensures you are only charged for the time invested in your project up to the point of cancellation.

We want you to feel empowered to manage your website! After launch, we'll provide you with:

• A comprehensive tutorial: This step-by-step guide will walk you through basic website updates like adding text, images, and managing content.
• Free Website Training Session (up to 1 hour): We offer a personalized training session to ensure you feel comfortable managing your website. This complimentary session will cover the basics and answer any questions you might have.
